Binks HAR-511 Air Regulator

The Binks HAR-511 Air Regulator is a five-port regulator designed to receive main-line compressed air (3/8 NPT(f) inlet) and deliver regulated air to spray equipment or tanks in finishing operations. It provides two regulated outlets—1/4 NPT(f) and 3/8 NPT(f)—plus two unregulated outlets, each 1/4 NPT, all arranged around a 3/8 NPT inlet with a 60 CFM capacity. The unit is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 150 psi and a regulator range of 0–125 psi, with a maximum operating temperature of 150°F (intermittent up to 180°F). For best results, install the regulator as close as possible to the point of use, ensure air flows through the body in the direction indicated by the arrow, and attach gauges via one of the 1/4 in female ports if needed. The HAR-511 is designed for compressed-air service and, when used with specified Binks parts, helps maintain steady pressure to spray guns or tanks, supporting consistent atomization and material transfer in automotive refinishing and related finishing workflows.
