BiS Valves Ltd. TS50N-40B Safety Relief Valve

BiS Valves Ltd. TS50N-40B Safety Relief Valve is a 1/2-inch stainless-steel vent-to-atmosphere safety relief valve designed for liquids or gases, part of BiS Valves’ TS50 LP family. It operates over a model range of 0.7–40 bar with a factory-set pressure of 25 bar in the TS50N-40B version. The valve features a 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet, a sensing orifice of 9.8 mm, and Viton seals rated for -10°C to +120°C. Made from stainless steel 316/1.4404 and weighing about 0.3 kg, it carries PED 2014/68/EU Category IV approval and is rated for a maximum working pressure of 600 psi (roughly 41 bar) for either liquid or gas service. Applications include safeguarding pressure lines, vessels, and process equipment in hydraulic and industrial gas systems where high-capacity relief is required, with port options accommodating NPT or BSP configurations as noted in BiS Valves literature.
