BitFlow KBN-PCE-CL2-F PCIe Frame Grabber Card

BitFlow Karbon KBN-PCE-CL2-F is a half‑size PCIe x8 frame grabber card designed for dual Camera Link capture in compact, high‑throughput machine vision setups. Built on BitFlow’s FlowThru architecture, it moves video data directly from the cameras into host memory with zero latency and minimal CPU load, delivering DMA rates up to 2.0 GB/s and supporting image sizes up to 256K × 128K. The KBN-PCE-CL2-F configuration supports two Camera Link channels (Medium/Full, including 10‑tap CL) via MDR Camera Link connectors, with independent trigger and encoder inputs for each camera and an on‑board timing generator for high‑resolution exposure control; it can also be presented to software as multiple virtual frame grabbers. Software support comes from the BitFlow SDK on 32‑ and 64‑bit Windows, making it suitable for synchronized multi‑camera imaging in applications such as inspection, robotics guidance, and other high‑throughput vision tasks where precise timing and data throughput are critical.
