Blacoh A401TF Pulsation Dampener

Blacoh A401TF Pulsation Dampener is a SENTRY-series dampener designed to suppress pulsations at the discharge of hose and metering pumps, delivering steadier flow and protecting downstream components. In the SENTRY family, the dampener is a pressure vessel containing a flexible bladder or bellows that isolates the process fluid from a pressurized gas chamber; a gas-fill valve lets you charge or bleed pressure, and models are available with automatic, adjustable, or chargeable air control to adapt to changing system conditions. The dampener can be built with a wide range of wetted materials (CPVC, Polypropylene, PVC, PVDF) and metal housings (stainless steel, Alloy 20, Hastelloy), and a variety of bladder materials (Buna-N, EPDM, Hypalon, Neoprene, PTFE, Santoprene, Silicone, Viton) to match chemical compatibility. Inlet connections include 0.375" (10 mm), 0.5" (15 mm), and 0.75" (20 mm) Tri-Clamp options, as well as FNPT, BSP, ANSI/DN flanges, socket weld, Tri-Clamp, and union configurations. Standard pressure ratings begin at 150 psi for plastic bodies, with PVDF versions rated around 200 psi and certain high-pressure designs documented up to 1000 psi. The A401TF is designed for metering and dosing pump applications and supports Blacoh’s broader certification scope, including ATEX, NSF, CRN, and PED where applicable.
