Blacoh CT1401V Inline High Pressure Pulsation Dampener

Blacoh CT1401V is a 36 cu in SENTRY inline high-pressure pulsation dampener engineered to smooth discharge pulsations from positive-displacement pumps. Mounted inline in the pump discharge, it reduces pressure spikes and flow ripple, helping protect pumps, valves, piping, and downstream instrumentation while delivering more stable flow to flow meters and pressure gauges. Pre-charge pressure must be set to suit the application and dampener model; the unit is charged with compressed air or clean dry nitrogen (oxygen must not be used), and the maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) is specified on the dampener's serial tag and must not be exceeded. The SENTRY family offers multiple materials and configurations with model- and material-dependent pressure ratings; typical plastic configurations may be rated around 150–200 psi (PVDF versions higher) and other variants can reach up to about 1,000 psi depending on design.
