Blacoh Fluid Control SENTRY II dampener, model 301ND, delivers 36 in³ of pulsation dampening in a plastic polypropylene housing for inline pump discharge lines. It is rated for a maximum working pressure of 150 psi (10.3 bar) on all plastic SENTRY II models. Designed to absorb pulsations and reduce water hammer in municipal and industrial pumping systems, it is suitable for use with positive-displacement pumps such as AODD units to improve system performance and protect downstream components. For best results, install the dampener in-line as close to the pump discharge or a quick-closing valve as possible to minimize pulsation effects.
