Blue-White Industries F-451006 LHNC Flow Switch

Blue-White F-451006LHN inline flow meter is a compact, one-inch FNPT-Polysulfone-bodied device for direct-reading water flow in-line or panel-mounted installations. It covers a 0.5–6.0 GPM range (2–22 LPM) with Dual GPM/LPM scales for easy interpretation, and uses a PTFE float for reliable float-type measurement in clean water. The unit is a molded Polysulfone flow meter with a 316 stainless steel guide rod and Viton O-rings (with optional EPDM variants), and adapters are available in Polysulfone or PVC to suit different piping configurations. Maximum working pressure is 150 PSI at 70 °F (21 °C), and maximum temperature is 212 °F (100 °C) when used with 1" polysulfone adapters; the 1-1/2" PVC variant (F-451006LHN-24) expands the lineup for larger piping with the same 0.5–6.0 GPM flow range. The full assembly stands about 14.5 inches tall with a depth of roughly 3-5/16 inches (inline model), and is intended for vertical installation only; it is not recommended for direct sunlight exposure. Typical applications include water monitoring in processing plants, RO/DI systems, cooling loops, and other water-treatment or sanitary-process environments where a direct, readable flow value is required. The F-451006LHN is part of Blue-White’s F-451 flow meter family and carries a stated accuracy of ±3% of full scale, with a weight around 3 lb for the inline configuration, and optional accessories such as a polycarbonate shield for added enclosure protection.
