Bodine Electric Company 0984WC Terminal Box Kit

Bodine Electric's 0984WC Terminal Box Kit is a die-cast enclosure designed to mount on Bodine 34R, 42R, and 48R motors and gearmotors, providing a weatherproof termination point with IP-44 protection. The kit is compatible with the standard Bodine 34R/42R/48R line and is designed to be mounted to these stock motors with the included foam gasket; you attach the gasket to the outside face of the terminal box and align the precut holes. When wiring, pull the terminal leads through the back opening and connect per the motor's diagrams; for grounding, use the green grounding screw (10-32 x.38 inch) to secure the ground conductor. The mounting instructions specify removing the plastic lead bushing from the motor’s center ring terminal opening as appropriate for non-34R types, while 34R motors can use the standard bushing. The 0984WC kit consolidates the terminal box, gasket, and mounting hardware into a single enclosure solution for reliable, accessible electrical connections in Bodine's mechanical packages.
