The Bogen IH8A Paging Horn is a double re-entrant horn-type loudspeaker designed for paging applications, delivering clear voice intelligibility with high efficiency in a compact, all-metal, weatherproof enclosure. Engineered for indoor or outdoor use with Bogen sound equipment, it combines rugged construction with practical mounting options: a detachable mounting bracket with a wing-nut locking device enables precise vertical and horizontal aiming, and the built-in tilt and swivel base makes fine adjustment quick and repeatable. The IH8A is finished in textured mocha enamel, a durable coating suitable for demanding environments. In terms of performance, it handles up to 15 watts maximum with an 8-ohm impedance, aligning with common low-impedance PA configurations. A 12-inch connecting cable simplifies installation, and the horn is specifically configured to optimize intelligibility for paging announcements in public-address scenarios. Accessories available with the IH8A include the BC1 beam clamp, the HSES10 horn speaker mounting strap, and the TCSPT1 terminal cover conduit, adding versatile mounting and wiring options for installation in a variety of spaces.
