Bonitron M3575T-H600 Braking Transistor

The Bonitron M3575T-H600 is a Standard Duty Braking Transistor module that dissipates regenerated energy in AC drives by shunting DC bus energy to an external resistor, enabling controlled braking and substantially shorter stop times. Designed for 460-480 VAC systems, the M3575T-H600 provides up to 600 A peak current (155 A continuous) with a minimum resistance of 1.25 Ω, and comes in a compact footprint of 17.75" x 7.00" x 8.00" and a weight of 21 lb. This model is the 600 HP class variant in the M3575T lineup and is intended for drives configured without an internal braking transistor or requiring higher braking capacity. Bonitron modules monitor the DC bus voltage and regulate power to the external braking resistor to prevent overvoltage faults during braking.
