Bonney Forge HL11 1" Socket Weld Gate Valve 800 WP is a forged-steel, outside-screw-and-yoke (OS&Y) gate valve with socket-weld ends designed for carbon steel piping. It carries an 800-class rating (800 lb), with a pressure rating of 1975 psig @ 100°F (138 bar @ 38°C), and is constructed and tested in accordance with API 602, ASME B16.34, and API 598, with MSS SP25 marking. The valve features a bolted bonnet, integral backseat, and a choice of full-port or standard-port flow; ends are socket weld to ASME B16.11, suitable for welded installations.
