The Bosch Rexroth D-64711 PSQ6000 XQR UI controller module is an upgrade card for older PSI 6000 series systems that enables the PSQ 6000 resistance-welding control suite, integrating with Rexroth’s spot-welding platform to upgrade control capabilities. The PSQ 6000 system is designed to monitor quality performance in high-volume production operations, offering adaptive current/voltage control and online verification of weld quality, with the BOS6000 operating interface providing logging and documentation features.
