Boston Gear F721-10-B5-G Speed Reducer

Boston Gear F721-10-B5-G is a 700 Series single-stage worm gear speed reducer with a 10:1 reduction and a right-angle input, designed for compact installations and sold without a base (G assembly). It features an integral input worm and shaft on a C-Face/56C input, with a 5/8 in input shaft and a 1 in diameter round output shaft. The unit provides up to 175 RPM output and up to 320 in-lb of output torque, at a maximum of 1 hp input and 1,750 RPM input. The worm gear is hardened and ground steel, while the housing is cast iron with a powder-coated epoxy finish; seals are double lip and bearings are tapered roller, lubricated with Klubersynth UH1 6-460. Center distance is 2.06 in and base-to-shaft center is 2.28 in. Rotation is clockwise or counterclockwise, and mounting orientation can be at any angle. It’s built to AGMA standards and assembled in the USA.
