Boston Gear RMD-1 Digital Panel Meter

The RMD-1 digital panel meter from Boston Gear is a 4-digit display designed to fit the standard 4-1/2 inch rectangular meter footprint and is interchangeable with existing analog meters. It shows 0–1999 on a 0.5 inch LED display with a 0.25 second update, and supports an optional decimal point before the last digit. Four input ranges accept minimum signals from 50 mV DC (100 mV AC) up to 500 V DC, corresponding to full scale (1999) on the 4‑digit display, with a maximum input of 500 V DC or 460 VAC; input devices can be AC or DC shunts, a signal source, or a fixed-pulse digital tachometer, and the minimum/maximum input frequency requirement is 40 Hz fixed and up to 2000 Hz for variable inputs. Powered by 115 VAC (±10%) at about 2 watts, the meter is isolated from line and case and includes a 20-turn calibration pot to scale the reading; over-range is indicated by "EEE", and the unit weighs approximately 1 lb with catalog number RMD-1 and item code 60880.
