Brady BS08A-BU Large Ball Valve Lockout is a four‑leg blue lockout device designed to secure 2-8 in ball valves by clamping around the valve handle; the two halves enclose the lever to prevent inadvertent valve actuation and it accommodates up to six padlocks for multi-person lockout programs. Made from ultra-tough polypropylene (LOTO-22), it supports service temperatures from 0°F to 175°F and is intended for open or closed valve positions.
