Brady TLS2200 Thermal Labeling System

The Brady TLS2200 Thermal Labeling System is a rugged, portable desktop label printer designed for fast, on-site identification of cables, equipment, and other items up to 2 inches wide, with continuous labeling and banner-length options. Print up to 54 inches long (1371 mm) of continuous labels or fixed-length banners, using Autotext sizing to automatically select a suitable font size, and it supports Custom TrueType fonts as well as data import from Brady LabelMark or spreadsheets for direct printing. Hardware features include a two-line, 16-character LCD, built-in industrial label cutter, and adjustable label widths across six options; it supports barcodes such as Code 39, Code 128, Codabar, and Interleaved 2 of 5, with additional symbologies available via LabelMark software. The system runs from a rechargeable battery and includes a UL and CUL listed charger; Brady notes print runs exceeding 500 labels per battery charge, and the unit weighs approximately 1.32 kg (2.75 lb) with a 1-year warranty.
