BriskHeat BS0101100LG XtremeFLEX BS0-G grounded silicone rubber heating tape is a rugged surface heater built for labs and industry, with a 1" wide by 10' long strip that delivers 522 watts at 120 V (BS0101100LG) and is available in a 240 V variant (BS0102100LG). Its maximum exposure temperature is 450°F (232°C), and the 24" lead wires emerge from the same end with a 0.25" (6 mm) minimum bend radius and a nominal thickness of 0.125" (3 mm). Constructed with a silicone rubber outer sheath, a polyimide-film wrapped fiberglass knit/braid, and a patented grounded heating element, the tape carries an IP66 rating for dust and water ingress protection and is suitable for electrically conductive surfaces. Common applications include laboratory apparatus heating, gas tubing and valves, and other temporary or spot heating needs where intimate surface contact is required. A temperature controller is required for these products.
