BriskHeat TB250N-150 Bulb And Capillary Temperature Controller

BriskHeat TB250N-150 All-Purpose Bulb & Capillary Temperature Controller provides precise, dial-setpoint temperature control for heating elements, heat tracing, freeze protection, and general process heating. It uses a SPDT switch controlled by a tinned copper bulb and capillary sensor with a 10 ft (3 m) lead, allowing sensing away from the heater. Designed for 277 VAC systems, it switches loads up to 22 amps, enabling compatibility with many industrial heaters and circuits. The TB250N-150 delivers a temperature control range of 0°F to 150°F (−18°C to 66°C) with a hysteresis of about 6°F (3°C), providing reliable cycling and stable temperatures. Typical applications include maintaining pipe or vessel outlet temperatures in outdoor or harsh environments and protecting processes that require simple, robust thermal control. Part of BriskHeat's TB250N family, the 150 variant shares the same bulb-and-capillary sensing philosophy as TB250N-250 but is tuned for the 0–150°F range.
