BriskHeat TD101X-075 Surface Thermostat Control

TD101X-075 BriskHeat Automatic On/Off Thermostat Control is a rugged, surface-mount SPDT thermostat that automatically regulates heating elements in BriskHeat heating tapes and other surface-heating assemblies. It switches on at 60°F (16°C) and off at 75°F (24°C), with voltage support up to 277 VAC and a 25 A maximum rating, making it suitable for controlling larger surface-heating circuits. The TD101X-075 variant includes a conduit fitting for durable, weatherproof installations. Inside is a temperature-sensitive bimetal disc thermostat housed in a hermetically sealed black phenolic housing, delivering a reliable, simple on/off control. Typical applications include freeze protection for exposed equipment or piping, and process-maintenance heating where a simple, proven thermostat is required. Settings are fixed to the 60/75°F (16/24°C) differential, and the device is designed for use in circuits up to 277 VAC, enabling compatibility with common industrial heating circuits.
