Broadley-James F-615 pH FermProbe with T-Pull handle and DH disconnect is a sterilizable pH electrode engineered for autoclavable bioprocess applications. The F-615 family includes multiple electrode lengths for Broadley-James housings, with 130 mm (F-615-B130-DH) as a standard option and additional lengths at 160 mm (F-615-B160-DH) and 210 mm (F-615-B210-DH). It employs a double-junction Ag/AgCl reference and a potassium chloride internal electrolyte gel (3.8 M) thickened with a USP-grade CMC; wetted parts include a glass outer body, glass bulb, porous ceramic liquid junction, and a high-temperature long-life bulb glass formulation. The cap is a T-Pull 3/4-20, and the electrode mounts with a 3/4-20 threaded nut to fit a broad range of FermProbe-compatible electrode housings, featuring a DH-style disconnect for easy removal. Performance specifications include a pH measurement range of 0–14, a temperature operating range of -5 to 135°C (steam-sterilizable), and a maximum pressure rating of 150 psig when installed in Broadley-James housings. The F-615 pH FermProbe line is designed for demanding bioprocess environments, including fermentation and cell culture, providing autoclavable, reliable pH measurements in harsh process conditions.
