Broan-NuTone BIAQWC100P Overture Smart Air Quality Wall Control automatically powers a connected bath fan, Fresh Air System, or ADA-compliant range hood in response to indoor air quality, delivering hands-off ventilation when needed and quiet control when air is clean. This 120V, 60Hz device connects to a 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi network and is designed to work with compatible Broan-NuTone ventilation products; it includes integrated sensors that monitor temperature, humidity, TVOC, and eCO2 to modulate operation. The unit provides outputs rated for a ½ HP motor with 15A resistive/inductive, 3A incandescent, and 0.6A electronic ballast, and when used with fan-light fixtures switched together it is rated for up to 360W incandescent or 72W LED/CFL; light and fan can be controlled independently when configured with dual-function fixtures. It is RoHS and Prop 65 compliant and carries FCC/IC regulatory compatibility; mounting and electrical hardware are included (face plate not included). In practical terms, this wall control continuously analyzes IAQ and automatically triggers the connected fan or hood until air quality meets preset thresholds, providing automatic ventilation without manual toggling.
