Broan BP28 is the authentic replacement motor and blower wheel assembly for 70 CFM Broan-NuTone bathroom exhaust fans, designed to restore airflow by swapping in a new drive system. It is compatible with select models including 655, 657, 658, 671, 671-A, and 679, serving as a direct OEM replacement for worn or failing motors in those fans. The BP28 unit replaces the motor and blower wheel portion of the fan (not the housing or grille) to restore the fan's airflow performance. For the complete fan assembly (motor, blower wheel, and mounting plate), Broan now directs users to BP28R as the replacement.
