The Broan-NuTone Overture BIAQSP100P Indoor Air Quality Smart Plug is an actuator for the Overture IAQ system that automatically powers a Fresh Air System or other IAQ device when the system triggers. As part of the Overture hardware lineup, it enables non-Wi-Fi air-quality devices to join the automated IAQ ecosystem, delivering on/off control based on monitored indoor air conditions. Controlled via the Broan-NuTone Overture app and compatible with the system’s sensors and wall controls, the BIAQSP100P communicates wirelessly with the Overture hub and offers a wireless range of about 100 feet, allowing flexible placement without wiring changes. Use this smart plug to automate ventilation enhancements—such as ERV/HRV or supply fan operations—so stale air is replaced with fresh air in response to IAQ readings, making it a practical component for maintaining comfortable and healthy indoor air quality in homes that implement the Overture system.
