Brooks Instrument 1355BOBR2B2YY Sho-Rate Flow Meter is a 150 mm long glass-tube variable-area flow meter (rotameter) in the Sho-Rate family, designed for accurate in-line, low-flow measurement in laboratory and production environments. The 1355 model uses a direct-read scale on the glass tube, with a float that rises with flow and a 1–6 flow-indicator range to provide readings at a glance without electronics. Sho-Rate meters are specified to deliver up to 3% accuracy and up to 0.25% repeatability, depending on the exact model, making them suitable for chemical, petrochemical, biotechnology, research and analytical applications. In inline service, the tube and float can be removed without disconnecting the meter from the process piping, enabling maintenance in tight installations while the meter remains in place.
