Browning 175Q140L10 is a Raider Plus right-angle worm gear speed reducer that delivers a 10:1 reduction in a compact 1.750 in center-distance package. The rugged cast‑iron housing encases a high lead angle worm that is case hardened, ground and polished, paired with large input ball bearings and a tapered roller bearing on the output shaft for strength and durability. It uses a 0.875 in input size and a 0.875 in solid output shaft, with a C‑face quill input, left-hand output, and a 143/145TC frame plus mounting with no base. Designed for up to 1,750 rpm input, it achieves up to 175 rpm output and can supply as much as 528 in‑lbs of torque, with a 1,200 lb overhung load capacity and a 3/16 x 3/32 in keyway, all weighing around 24 lb.
