Browning Q12316 Split Taper Bushing is a Q1-series split-taper hub bushing designed to mount a pulley, sprocket, or hub to a shaft in power-transmission and belt-drive applications. It features a solid flange and double split barrel to improve concentricity, a 1/2" x 1/4" keyseat and matching keys for a secure, positive drive, and a 3/4" per foot taper on the barrel for a self-locking fit. The bore is 2-3/16" (2.1875"), the outside diameter is 4-1/8", and the overall length is 2-1/2". Cap screws are size 3/8" x 1-1/4", and mounting assembly is included. The unit is specified for a 2-3/16" bore and provides a wrench torque rating of 348 in-lb to guide proper tightening. This Q1-series bushing is designed for use with Browning's split-taper hubs and is intended to deliver precise bore alignment and reliable torque transfer in standard power-transmission setups.
