Browning SPB1000NEx2 Pillow Block Bearing with a 2-1/2 inch bore is a complete, ready-to-use mounted roller bearing unit designed for reliable, low-maintenance service in industrial drives. The housing is a compact, solid one-piece cast-iron block that houses a double-row spherical roller bearing, designed to accommodate increased rotational speeds and ±1-1/2° dynamic alignment; the assembly ships completely assembled, adjusted, and lubricated at the factory, with lubrication that cannot be relubricated. MULTI-TRAP seals provide contaminant protection and grease retention up to 4 inches, with optional contact seals available by appending 'C' to the part description, and a concentric locking collar with two set screws secures the inner race. This is a non-expansion (fixed) pillow block in Browning's SPB series with a two-bolt base; expansion variants (SPB1000Ex) are available if expansion is required.
