Browning Vs-219 Bearing Insert

The Browning VS-219 is a standard-duty ball bearing insert with a 1-3/16 in straight bore designed for Browning mounted housing units; the outside diameter is 2.4409 in and the inner race width is 1.5000 in, with an overall width of 1.5000 in. It features a zone-hardened inner ring with 120° spacing setscrew lock and diamond-faceted setscrews for a secure three-point shaft grip, plus a lubrication hole and anti-rotation rivet, and it uses a rubber lip seal with a flinger. Constructed from 52100 bearing steel with a black-oxide inner ring and a molded nylon cage, the VS-219 is relubricatable with Lithium Complex NLGI 2 grease and is rated for up to 200°F and up to 4,500 rpm, with a radial dynamic load capacity of 4,381 lb and radial static load capacity of 2,567 lb; it is an insert-only component (housing not included) in Browning’s VS 200 series, intended for mounted units supporting either a fixed or reversing rotation direction, with static misalignment up to ±1.5°.
