Brueninghaus Hydromatik PV12F20 Amplifier Board
Brueninghaus Hydromatik PV12F20 Amplifier Board
Description:
The Brueninghaus Hydromatik PV12F20 Amplifier Board is a compact 24 V proportional amplifier module designed to drive the PV12F/20 control solenoid on Brueninghaus PV-series pumps and motors, translating a control signal into the current needed to set hydraulic displacement. It incorporates an on‑board fuse, fault indication (LED H2), and a 4.7 kΩ control potentiometer for presetting the minimum current (Imin) while adjusting the maximum current (Imax) with an on-board trimmer, supported by labeled pot adjustments (R1 for ramp, R2 for Imax, R3 for Imin). When powered from the nominal 24 V supply (H3), it provides a defined solenoid current range of Imin 200 mA to Imax 600 mA, with a time ramp of about 5 seconds to shape the response. The presetting is described in the PV.../20 delivery instructions for variable displacement pumps and motors, guiding how the potentiometer and resistors configure the target current range; the device uses AMP-Faston style connectors (6.3 mm) for its counterplug wiring, which are not included and must be supplied separately. The PV12F20 module is explicitly positioned for use with Brueninghaus Hydromatik PV-series hydraulic components, delivering precise, repeatable current drive and fault feedback in compact hydraulic control applications.
