Burkert 6518C 5 16 Solenoid Valve

The Burkert 6518C 5/16 Solenoid Valve is a compact servo-assisted, 3/2-way pneumatic valve designed for fast, reliable actuation in compact automation loops; in this normally closed configuration, inlet port 1 (P/NC) feeds port 2 (A/OUT) while exhaust port 3 (R/NO) vents when de-energized, with an 8 mm (5/16 in) flow passage. Built with a brass body and 8 mm internal thread, the valve operates on a supply range of 2–10 bar and supports flow up to 1,300 L/min under test conditions of 6 bar and 20 °C, making it suitable for short-interval cylinder actuation and rapid venting in compact systems. The 6518C family uses a 24 V DC coil variant for common control system compatibility, and connection is via the Form A pattern per DIN EN 175301-803 for cable plugs.
