BUSS GMD-2-R Fuse

The BUSS GMD-2-R is a 2 A, 250 V AC time-delay (T-LAG) glass cartridge fuse in a 5 × 20 mm format, designed for use in standard Bussmann GMD-series holders and other 5 mm × 20 mm fuse blocks. It has a glass body with nickel-plated brass end caps for reliable current transfer and visible fuse element, and it offers an interrupt rating of 100 A at 250 V AC (also rated up to 10 kA at 125 V AC) to protect circuits against short circuits while tolerating brief surge currents. As part of the Eaton Bussmann GMD family, the 2-R variant is a common replacement in electronic power supplies, control circuits, and other equipment requiring time-delay protection. Compatible with HTB fuse blocks and other 5 × 20 mm holders, this fuse provides a standardized form factor and dependable performance for mid-range protection in 2 A, 250 V applications.
