BUSS LPJ-15SP Class J Fuse

LPJ-15SP is Eaton Bussmann’s Class J time-delay fuse rated at 15 A and 600 V AC, designed as a low-peak, dual-element, current-limiting protection device for medium-voltage circuits. The cylindrical body measures about 2¼ inches in length and 13/16 inch in diameter with ferrule end connections, and this is the non-indicating variant in the LPJ family. It offers interrupting ratings up to 300 kA at 600 VAC and 100 kA at 300 V DC, providing robust fault-current protection while tolerating short overloads. As a UL Class J fuse, the LPJ-15SP combines time-delay operation with current-limiting performance to minimize nuisance trips during inrush or surge events, making it suitable for protecting branch circuits in electrical panels, power supplies, motor controllers, and other industrial control equipment operating at up to 600 VAC.
