Bussmann FWP-90B is a fast-acting bolt-on semiconductor fuse rated for 90 A and 700 V, designed for high-current protection in power electronics. The fast-acting FWP series uses a ceramic body with a cylindrical bolt-on design and measures 15/16 in in diameter by 4-13/32 in long. It features a 200 kA interrupt rating at 700 V AC and 50 kA at 700 V DC, and it is non-indicating with UL, CSA, and CE certifications. Compatible with CHM fuse blocks, the FWP-90B is manufactured in Hungary and carries Bussmann’s part number FWP-90B. Typical applications include protection of power electronics such as drives, rectifiers and power converters, where rapid response to overcurrent conditions is required to safeguard semiconductor devices.
