FWP600 is a Bussmann (Eaton) high-speed semiconductor fuse rated for 600 A with a 700 VAC / 700 VDC rating, belonging to the North American style stud-mount FWP series. This Very Fast Acting cartridge fuse is designed to protect power-electronic circuits such as semiconductor devices, DC common buses, DC drives, and power converters/rectifiers, in bolt-in, stud-mount installations. It delivers high interrupting capacities, up to 200 kAIC at AC paths and up to 50 kAIC at 700 VDC, making it suitable for high-energy protection in industrial power electronics.
