Cabletron Systems MT-800 Lanview Ethernet Multiport Transceiver Unit with Bracket is a 10 Mbps Ethernet multiport transceiver designed for use with Cabletron's Lanview diagnostic system. The unit provides multiple AUI transceiver connections via DB-15 ports CN1 through CN9 and a power connector CN10, enabling you to attach several Ethernet segments to a Lanview-managed setup. It supports a star topology and can be wired with either unshielded twisted pair or fiber optic cabling, using an external data bus. Onboard user-configurable settings include SQE test function and loopback (LBK) control. With LANVIEW diagnostics, the MT-800 offers port-level monitoring and fault visibility across its ports, making it suitable for legacy Cabletron installations requiring centralized monitoring and bracket-mount installation.
