Camozzi Automation RFU-446 Flow Control Valve

Camozzi Automation RFU-446 Flow Control Valve is an inline, unidirectional flow controller in the RFU/RFO family designed to throttle exhaust air and regulate the speed of pneumatic cylinders. The RFU-446 variant uses G1/4 threaded ports (flow from port 2 to port 1) and is rated for a maximum working pressure of 10 bar. In the RFU 446-1/4 configuration, when tested with an inlet pressure of 6 bar and a differential of 1 bar, the open flow is about 680 Nl/min and the throttled (closed) flow is about 534 Nl/min. The unit is specified for 0°C to 80°C operation and is designed for in-line installation in pneumatic circuits to provide repeatable cylinder-speed control by limiting exhaust air flow. This makes it suitable for automation tasks where consistent, adjustable actuator speeds are required without external actuation or electronics.
