Carel PCOUMI2000 Humidifier Interface Module 24V-AC

Carel PCOUMI2000 is an OEM humidifier interface module that connects CAREL pCO controllers to CAREL OEM humidifiers, enabling direct control of the humidifier’s fundamentals from the pCO system. It exposes the humidifier management parameters through the pCO interface—water level, cylinder conductivity, and the TAM current sensor—so the main humidification variables can be monitored and adjusted from the controller. The module provides a regulated 24 V DC output, 0.7 A maximum, to power the humidifier, with a power-source range of 21 to 58 V DC and variants that include RS485 (Carel/Modbus) and 0–10 V output configurations. Three LEDs indicate alarms (red), steam production (yellow), and power readiness (green, labeled 24 Vac) for quick status checks. It is designed for DIN-rail mounting and is used to integrate CAREL KUE humidifier kits with the pCO Sistema controller, enabling main parameters to be shared across the control network. Common applications include industrial HVAC and process cooling environments where precise humidification control via CAREL OEM humidifiers must be coordinated with the pCO controller.
