Carel PCOUMI2000 Humidifier Interface Module DIN Rail Mount

Carel PCOUMI2000 is a DIN-rail mounted humidifier interface module that links Carel pCO sistema controllers to CAREL OEM humidifiers, enabling direct control of the humidification process from the controller. It stabilises the DC output on the pCO side at 24 ± 1 Vdc with a rated supply capability of 0.7 A, while the unit itself accepts power from 21 to 58 Vdc, making it compatible with common 24–48 Vdc power architectures. Housed in a four‑DIN‑module plastic enclosure for DIN rail mounting, the PCOUMI2000 provides all required inputs and outputs to monitor and drive the OEM humidifier independently of the main controller. The module reads key humidifier parameters from dedicated sensors — water level, conductivity in the cylinder, and the TAM current sensor — and converts them into control signals that the pCO controller can use. For communications, Carel provides variants with RS485 (PCOE004850) or tLAN (PCOE00TLN0) interfaces, allowing integration with standard CAREL networks or Modbus‑compatible equipment. Used in applications where precise humidification control is required, the PCOUMI2000 enables reliable interfacing of CAREL OEM humidifiers to pCO sistema controllers in HVAC and industrial process environments.
