The Carotron BDP402-0B0 is a Blazer-series single‑phase input DC motor drive that accepts 115 VAC or 230 VAC and delivers precise DC power to both the armature and field windings. For 115 VAC input, it provides 0–90 VDC to the armature and 100 VDC @ 1 A to the field; for 230 VAC input, it provides 0–180 VDC to the armature and 200 VDC @ 1 A to the field. The horsepower range spans 1/4–1 HP at 90 VDC and 1/2–2 HP at 180 VDC, enabling use with small to mid‑size DC motors. Speed regulation is tight, with armature feedback within ±2% of base speed and tachometer or encoder feedback within ±0.5% of base speed; torque regulation is ±2% of the current range selected.
