Carotron D10425-000 Regenerative Control Drive

Carotron D10425-000 Regenerative DC Motor Control, chassis-only four-quadrant drive for speed or torque control of shunt-wound or permanent-magnet DC motors from 1/8 to 1 HP. It accepts 115 or 230 VAC input and provides full-range armature voltage control with selectable tachometer feedback (7 VDC or 50 VDC per 1,000 RPM). Independent forward and reverse acceleration with two selectable ranges, a summing input for an isolated external signal up to +10 VDC, and three stop methods—coast, controlled deceleration, and rapid stop—all governed by a high-frequency multipulse gating scheme. Dimensions: 11.5 in high × 2.25 in wide × 8.5 in deep; weight approximately 4 lb; designed for OEM panel installations with right-angle mounting brackets.
