Carotron D10425 Drive Circuit Board Card Module

Carotron D10425 Drive Circuit Board Card Module is a four-quadrant regenerative DC motor drive designed for control of shunt-wound or permanent-magnet motors in industrial equipment. It accepts 115 VAC or 230 VAC input and delivers armature output of 0–90 VDC (115 V input) or 0–180 VDC (230 V input), with corresponding field output of 50–100 VDC @ 1 A (115 V input) or 100–200 VDC @ 1 A (230 V input). Tachometer feedback options offer 7 or 50 VDC per 1,000 RPM; independent forward and reverse acceleration settings are programmable with two time ranges, and a velocity loop sums an isolated input signal up to +10 VDC. Built with on-board AC line fuses, MOV surge protection, RC snubber, fast inner current loop control, and right-angle mounting to minimize chassis area, the D10425 family covers motor ratings from 1/8 to 2 HP, making it suitable for precise speed/torque control with regenerative braking in DC-motor-driven systems.
