The CCS 604G2 Dual-Snap Adjustable Pressure Switch is a rugged, general‑purpose gage switch that uses CCS Dual‑Snap Belleville disc springs for repeatable, high‑cycle setpoints in demanding non‑hazardous environments. It features an integral terminal box, aluminum housing, and UL‑listed construction with a NEMA 4 / IP65 weatherproof enclosure for easy bulkhead mounting in power generation, rail, water treatment, and manufacturing applications. Rated for 15 A at 125/250/480 VAC, it supports a wide electrical range with a 1/4" NPT pressure port and a 3/4" NPT electrical connection. The adjustable setpoint range spans 0.3 to 5000 PSIG (0.02 to 345 bar) via an accessible wheel, and the device is built for high over‑pressure capability and resistance to vibration and shock.
