CCS Custom Controls Sensors 646TE2 Temperature Switch

The CCS 646TE2 Temperature Switch is a rugged hazardous-location SPDT temperature switch with a stainless-steel probe and 1/2" NPT port fittings, built for demanding industrial environments. It provides an adjustable set point housed in a compact aluminum enclosure, with 1/2" NPT electrical and process connections in stainless steel and an optional thermowell accessory. The operating temperature range spans -40°F to 186°F (-40°C to 86°C), with available decreasing ranges such as -39 to -0.01°F and increasing ranges like 275 to 420°F, and maximum probe temperatures of 150°F, 300°F, or 500°F depending on configuration. Electrical ratings include 0–250 VAC and 251–480 VAC with 0.2–15 A, and the device offers factory-set or adjustable presets, along with multiple junction-box options (141-18, 141-19, 141-20, 141-28) and tagging in Mylar or stainless steel.
