CCS HPD2-200FC Machine Vision Dome Light RGB LED

CCS HPD2-200FC is a full-color RGB machine-vision dome light that provides diffuse, even illumination through a 216 mm dome for consistent imaging across varying working distances. It operates from 24 V DC and draws up to 19 W (red 4.6 W, green 6.9 W, blue 6.9 W), with peak wavelengths of red 622 nm, green 525 nm, and blue 470 nm, and presents a 216 mm outer diameter, 166 mm inner viewing hole, and 107 mm height. The unit uses an aluminum alloy and resin housing, with a 300 mm cable and three SMR-03V-B connectors for the RGB channels, and it specifies 0–40 C and 20–85% RH (non-condensing) operating conditions, along with storage of −20 to 60 C. It carries CE, UKCA, RoHS, and IEC 62471 (Exempt) certifications. As part of the HPD2 series, the RGB dome shell can be paired with an HPR2 light of the same size to extend lighting configurations.
