CCS INC LSP-41RD Camera

CCS INC LSP-41RD is a compact red LED illumination unit from the LSP Series, designed for high-luminance line lighting in machine-vision and line-scan camera configurations. The cylindrical housing has a 41 mm outer diameter (Φ41 mm) and a 40 mm height, and it emits red light with a typical peak wavelength of 660 nm. It operates from a 12 V DC supply, drawing up to 2.0 W, with polarity on pins 1 (+) and 2 (−) and a 300 mm cable terminated by an SMR-02V-B connector. The unit weighs up to 115 g and uses natural air cooling. It carries CE, UKCA, and RoHS compliance and adheres to IEC 62471 (Exempt) radiant safety standards. In CCS’s LSP line, the LSP-41RD is intended for compact, high-contrast illumination at working distances from 300 mm to 500 mm, making it a suitable option for imaging scenes with red-light requirements. As a standard product, the LSP-41RD was discontinued with a final purchase date of December 31, 2023, and CCS notes there is no direct replacement and no plans to develop a successor model.
