CCS TH-100X100RD Light Diffuser

The CCS TH-100X100RD Light Diffuser is a compact flat-lighting unit for machine-vision inspection that delivers diffused red illumination over a 100 × 100 mm emission surface. Its enclosure measures 112 mm W × 112 mm D × 15 mm H, with the light-emitting area on the front being 100 × 100 mm. It operates from a 24 V DC supply, drawing up to 19 W, with a 300 mm cable and SMR-03V-B input connector. The diffusion plate is acrylic resin and the base and side panels are aluminum alloy. The red LED has a typical peak wavelength of 635 nm. Operating conditions are 0 to 40 °C and 20 to 85% RH (no condensation). It carries CE and RoHS compliance and IEC 62471 (Exempt). This model has been discontinued (end of May 2018); CCS lists TH2-100X100RD as the successor, continuing the same 100 × 100 mm emitting surface and red illumination.
