CheckLine Instruments DX2S-1K Stationary Tension Meter

CheckLine’s DX2S-1K Stationary Tension Meter is a fixed-mount instrument designed for continuous tension measurement of running yarns, filaments, wires, and similar materials on production lines. It covers a tension range of 2.5–10 kgf and features a 41 mm reading scale for quick, direct readings, with an accuracy of ±1% of full scale or ±1 graduation mark. Built into a rugged die-cast aluminum housing with hard-coated aluminum rollers, the unit is engineered for demanding floor production environments and includes built-in mounting holes for in-line, non-stop operation. For high-speed processes, standard operation reaches up to 2000 m/min, with option variants supporting 3500 m/min (K) and 5000 m/min (HS); for the 200–1K range the outer-roller spacing is 100 mm. The DX2S employs a compact footprint (approximately 127 × 85 × 45 mm) and is compatible with calibration options, including NIST-traceable calibration, and the ability to tailor calibration to match specific process materials. This tension meter is part of CheckLine’s DX2 family, offering fixed installation and repeatable measurements essential for maintaining proper tension in textile, wire, and filament applications.
