Chemineer 21HDT-5 Industrial Agitator Mixer Gear Drive

The Chemineer 21HDT-5 Industrial Agitator Mixer Gear Drive is an HT-series gear-drive unit pairing a 5 horsepower motor with a compact, right-angle drive to power an agitator at low RPMs, with a listed output range from 56 to 28 RPM and 230/460 V electrical options. It features spiral bevel and helical gearing for long wear life, oversized internal shafts and tapered/roller bearings for stiffness, a dry-well seal to prevent process-fluid leakage, and splash lubrication to protect bearings, all in a standard foot-mounted motor configuration. Designed for demanding chemical processing environments, HT gear drives are used in reactors, fermentations, and polymer processing, delivering reliability and long service life with a minimum L-10 bearing life of 100,000 hours.
