Chemtrol U51TB-E Ball Valve is a 1/2-inch nominal CPVC true-union ball valve (Model D, Tru-Bloc True Union) designed for corrosive and hot-water service, rated for up to 150 psi in non-shock water at 73°F with a full-port bore for minimal flow resistance. Constructed from Corzan HP CPVC Schedule 80 and equipped with EPDM O-rings, it employs a self-adjusting energizer O-ring in its Tru-Bloc design to simplify servicing without disturbing the piping. The valve features universal-end connections as part of Chemtrol’s True Union family, enabling cartridge removal for maintenance, and is commonly used in hot/cold water distribution, chemical processing, deionized water lines, industrial plating, and chemical drainage.
