The Chicago Stainless Sani-Flow DT-1/2NPT-BK-DF Digital Thermometer is a back‑mount, sanitary inline thermometer built for clean-in-place process temperature measurement in food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical environments. It uses a 1/2" NPT fitting (BK) for back‑mount installation and presents temperature on a 1" Fahrenheit display (DF) with field‑selectable units to °C, all in a compact, rugged package. The probe assembly features 316L stainless steel product contact surface and a 304L case with a 1/4" polycarbonate lens, delivering durable sanitation and chemical resistance with a Ra max of 8 μin. It carries 3-A, NEMA 4X, and IP67 compliance, and operating range spans -58°F to 302°F (-50°C to 150°C) with ambient limits of -40°F to 176°F (-40°C to 80°C). Power comes from two standard AAA batteries, providing an expected battery life of 1–3 years depending on the 1‑second update interval.
